Based in Minneapolis, I am the Deputy Director of Ernst & Young's National Tax Practice where I am responsible for working with and leading EY EDGE which stands for Exceptional Delivery and Growth Engine. EY EDGE currently has employees located across the country and in service centers across the globe. We provide services to our clients in the areas of Affordable Care Act compliance, Work Opportunity Tax Credit services, Unemployment Claims Processing, and Sales Tax Compliance, Property Tax Compliance,. Additional services are coming on board each month during 2018. Previously, I was the Central Region Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) practice leader at EY for 5 years. Our GCR group assisted clients with corporate and flow through compliance domestically and globally. We also advised clients on matters relating to tax accounting and provisions. Prior to being the GCR leader, I was the leader of our Midwest Indirect Tax (SALT) practice for 7 years.
