Operations and Maintenance of Industrial Services / Utilities viz. Ammonia Chillers, Air Handling Units , Air Compressors etc of the Factory

• Installation and Commissioning of Industrial Services/Utilities for the Greenfield Project.

• Commissioning of Process Equipments for the purpose of Start up of business• Installation, Erection & Commissioning of Vertical Form fill Seal machine, Screw conveyors, Labelling machine, Vacuum Filling machine.• Commissioning of Semi Automatic Line to cater for Olive Oil, Rose water, Balsamic Vinegar, Salt & Sugar. • Overhauling of the Old machines and making it suitable for Production.

• Successfully executed several AR/Projects for debottlenecking and CAPEX along with various AR in the tune of INR 330Mn• Installation & commissioning of o 80TR & 55TR Chiller o 350CFM @ 10 bar Air Compressor o AHUs of Various denominations from 10K to 33K CFM o Hot water Generation Systems• Carried out the installation of new equipments wrt the new product development including installation of new packaging machine from Bosch & Rotzinger, form-fill-seal machine from KHS, Check Weighers from Yamato and Bizerba. Taping machine, etc. • Proposed and Executed Projects of Debottlenecking with Capex worth 100Mn INR • Worked on Project Management, right from design stages to final Hand over of new process equipment o Indigenous Equipments like Paste mixer, Powder Handling system, Liquid handling system, tanks, agitators, conveyors, etc. o and Imported like Refiner, Steel Belts from Buhler. o Civil Works Including Laying of Foundation, Erection of False Ceiling, Walls, Doors and other works of Civil Nature.• Designed, Installed & Commissioned Ventilation units to the tune of INR 10Mn. • Oversaw the water proofing activities, Ucrete flooring/Monolithic Flooring & structural repair works worth INR 10Mn. • Identified the vendors and placing orders for accomplishing the requirements of the organization.• Managed a team of 10+ Permanent Technicians and 50+ Contract Employees ( Direct & Indirect)

• Handled chocolate Processing and packaging equipments from Cocoa bean processing to FG manufacturing & bringing up their OEE in Operations. Viz. o Gold Foil Wrapping Machines like CK, DST and Sapal-Bosch o Horizontal Flow Wrap Machines like Autowrappers( GEI), Multipack o Vertical Form Fill seal Machine like KHS o Checkweighers like Yamato and Bizerba o Cocoa Bean roasters, Vacuum Conches, Hydraulic Press from Petzholdt Heidenauer o Conches, Two Roll and Five Roll refiner from Buhler o Moulding Plants from Carle & Montenari, Auto Temperor from Aasted o Automatic Distribution stations from Rotzinger o Horizontal Flow wraps form Bradman Lake & Multipack• Carried out the O&M of: o Moulding Equipments for chocolates and bringing up there OEE and increasing productivity o Cocoa & Chocolate Processing Equipments and bringing up there OEE and increasing productivity o Utilities like chillers to the tune of 500TR in the denominations as 50TR till 110TR o Boiler (Bagasse fired and FO fired) o Air Compressor both Oil Injected and Oil Free type of Compressor o AHU to the tune of 100,000CFM for trouble free operation of the same• Played a key role in deploying manpower, machines and material resources to generate optimum operational efficiency and utilisation. During my stint the OEE was improved from 70% to 81% thereby improving the productivity by 2T per day • Executed the Preventive/Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) to maximize operational availability of equipments leading to improvement in overall plant productivity• Established the Major Business process changes involving SAP-PM starting from master data creation to testing to training to hands on use • Organized the training sessions for the supervisors, Technical & operative staff to keep their skill levels up-to-date• Managed a Team of 10+ permanent employees and 30+ Contract employees (Direct & Indirect)
