For over 10 years I've been building, integrating and troubleshooting mission critical systems in the Telecommunications industry. My focus has been with Billing and Rating systems with a hand in Provisioning and Order Management systems. My experience has been primarily with Oracle BRM, Amdocs Charging, Acision Prepaid and secondarily with Alcatel-Lucent SurePay and a number of custom built systems.From the Provisioning and OM side I've previously worked with Amdocs OMS & Netcracker Service Activation. This has become more of a focus recently as I've moved further into this area to support Sigma SMP and HP Service Activator systems.I have an extremely thorough knowledge of the middleware and applications I support, a strong Unix and database background with a good understanding of the hardware they run on and the networks they run across.
