- Coordinating and overseeing International projects designed to improve fleet operations and maximise efficiencies within the maintenance team.- Supervising budgets and associated spend for military programs. Ensuring that budgeted tolerances were not exceeded and proficiently reporting back to stakeholders budget performance.- Accountable for success of key milestone tasks that were part of wider projects. Including submitting documentation, delegating tasks to the workforce and being an active coordinator on construction sites.- Working with and influencing cross-functional teams and providing important Information that impacted improvement change to projects - Responsible for documentation management and presentation to senior stakeholders at all levels. These included financial forecasting, safety documents and current and future operational reviews of the military fleet.- Management of health and safety in the workplace, including undertaking and reviewing risk assessments, auditing key tasks to ensure they follow organisational procedures and meet KPI's.- Managing a professional team and making key decisions, this included coordination of projects on operations and exercises. Being accountable for safety, task management, team motivation and clearly communicating objectives. - Communicating and holding meetings with high level executives. This includes relaying objectives achieved, discussing resourcing of personnel, their training plans and strategise future plans to achieve organisational objectives.- Acting as an incident commander in unplanned emergency situations. This involved following and implementing emergency procedures and problem solving.- Responsible for planning, communicating, auditing and controlling a fleet of vehicles to ensure operational effectiveness.- Supporting professional development in my team. Ensuring the team are professional and fully competent on operational objectives of project tasks thought the project cycle.
