Ensuring all right to rent checks are up to date, obtaining share codes, passports and proof of addresses.Producing tenancy agreements while including any negotiated clauses. Sending out draft tenancy agreements to both the landlord and tenant and issuing these for signing. Ensure tenancy agreements are signed prior to tenants moving in. Creating virtual tours and taking professional photos of properties ready for marketing. Assist senior negotiator with marketing of property (prepare/ organise photos once returned, ensure correct tenancy and property information are on our system ready for marketing). Liaise with property managers ensuring properties are ready for re let and move-ins while ensuring dates are met once a property has been let and move-in date set. This was a tough role, due to heavy and large equipment and weather conditions due to cleaning outside - even in the snow, gales and rain!
