He advises leading suppliers and acquirers of technology on a broad range of issues and transactions, including cross-border data protection frameworks, product development and launch, whole of lifecycle technology procurement, complex systems integration projects, IT and business outsourcing, data sharing joint-ventures, cloud computing and data centres. In the telecommunications space, Dan has been a close advisor to major fixed and mobile carriers for over a decade, as well as for many large enterprise customers on their telecommunications needs.
