Also have experience as a Duty Manager, Supervisor, Customer Services Assistant & Team Leader roles including Store Opening's and store refits at Iceland Foods. I am responsible for achieving KPI’s all year round and providing support to my team and store manager. I’m more than capable of running all operations of the business day including our peak trading days. I started my journey with Iceland at the age of 16. 6 years later I’ve become a supervisor and I am on track to completing my senior supervisor training in the upcoming months. In retail I am career driven and would like to climb the chain of command in due course. Gaining valuable experience from the great managers/ area managers I have worked for gives me great skills and learning curves to achieve my goals.
