Implemented and managed the internal cellular mobility program for 12,000 U.S. employee cellular lines of service with Top Three Carrier. Program implementation required consolidation of internal employee mobile contracts to single primary cellular vendor. This yielded $650,000 first-year savings corporate cellular costs (12% cost benefit). Additionally, served as global corporate liaison conducting oversight of all mobility requests and actions associated with cellular vendors, including Sprint, Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile. (2011, 2012)Planned and implemented the conversion of all United Kingdom mobile users from British Telecom to O2. Formed crackerjack team, developed project plan, scheduled and led meetings with migration teams, vendors and provided weekly status updates to the Senior IT management team.

Unisys Corporation Provided general customer service and training to Unisys field engineers on new and updated computer programs and maintenance practices. Drafted and managed proposal development in response to Federal Government Request for Proposals (RFPs).

Designed, implemented, and managed internal computer infrastructure and served as primary point of contact to Corporate IT for the Unisys Federal Systems Group (approximately 3,000 users). Project required building and configuring the initial Novell and Microsoft servers to ensure users’ connectivity and access to corporate resources such as email, internal network, and the Internet.

Manage internal mobility operations for cellular devices

Formed and managed a team of eighteen (18) engineers providing quality controlled onsite support for over 2,700 desktop and 22 file and print servers supporting Unisys employees throughout the Washington, D.C. area. This effort resulted in multiple technology and maintenance improvements as well as a reduction in the number of servers. Provided Unisys with a self-service technical model with technology that required less manpower; ensured all displaced team members found fully billable positions. This provided maximized corporate cost savings and profit percentages while expanding engineering capabilities where needed elsewhere in the field.
