Began in the company as a Warehouse Operative but due to changes within the company I was then promoted to Stock Controller/Assistant Buyer. Throughout all the roles, I work well with both the internal and external teams (inc Oustide Agencies), kept organised, worked to deadlines and time constrictions as well as ensuring communication was clear. Warehouse Operative duties included; prepping stock for outbound and inbound deliveries, organising and categorising stock, stock level checks, preparing shipments from base stock in the warehouse and using Excel for various reports.Fulfilment Liason duties include; working with buying team to ensure accuracy for prompt despatch, monitor & book in deliveries onto fulfilment sheets, checking for discrepancies and querying through appropraite channels, completing warehouse transfers of goods accurately, representing the company professionally when working with fulfilment partners and providing training/direction where required.Assistant Buyer duties include: working with/forming relationships with new and existing suppliers to source new brands and products, negotiating terms of contract where necessary, updating and reviewing pricing and maintaining accurate completion of the Purchase Log & Fulfilment Partner Sheets to ensure the business runs smoothly.
