The general works completed whilst in this role were re-roofs, kitchens & bathrooms, updating plumbing, regenerating brick works and installing new windows & doors.

After completing my training and gaining my NVQ Level 6 Diploma in Building & Construction, i continued running the flagship "Four Squares Estate" site in the London Borough of Southwark where i continued my duties of updating the "9 Folder System", conducting the inductions for all trades into a system of works programme schedule and overseeing all works completed on site ensuring all H&S requirements were adhered to. From January 2017, i was given my own projects to run from beginning to end where I was responsible for running the works which included roof repairs, new doors, windows & brickwork repairs along with asbestos removal. It was my duty to have all works completed, paperwork completed and signed off in accordance to the programmes set within time and budget of which i was able to do on all the projects assigned to me during my time at Keepmoat.

I was fortunate enough to start my career on the flagship site of Southwark and throughout the space of 2 years, I learnt the ropes of site management whilst undertaking and overseeing the work on a site that consisted of both major internal & external works across 691 homes that was in excess of £45M. On this site, over time, I was responsible for arranging the programme & permits with the sub-contractors, arrange all material deliveries and plant hire along with the daily checks essential for running the site. It was during this time I completed my NVQ Level 6 diploma in Building & Construction.
