I am currently the o2 Open Events Manager in the North West. My Responsibilities are:(1) Liaising with account managers and business directors to set up o2 open activity.(2) Develop and maintain a detailed event schedule which will include all event phases and dependencies(3) Co-ordinate meetings and sets-up the effective co-ordination of the interfaces between partners & colleagues for the successful delivery of the events.(4) Responsible to track event changes and produces updated schedule of activities as agreed(5) Responsible to organise and successfully execute events to the highest standard to reach customer expectation (6) Compile summary documents, e.g. analysis and feedback documents.
