As a Student Ambassador, I worked to promote the university particularly to students from England, Scotland, Wales and the Channel Islands. I led campus tours, hosted Q&A sessions with prospective students, assisted at open days and completed a wide range of other tasks for the Student Recruitment Team.

As the Personal Assistant, I was responsible for oversight over the office’s output.I led the constituency team on operations locally, including events and visits, casework, strategic engagement with external stakeholders, and other day-to-day tasks.In Westminster, I assisted in preparations for engagement with All-Party Parliamentary Groups (APPGs), debates and questions in Westminster, engagement with government ministers and stakeholders, and briefing the Member on a wide range of local and national issues. I assisted with record keeping, the management of office expenses, and the Member’s diary.

As the Constituency Assistant, I was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the constituency office. This involved having oversight over the office’s casework output, liaising with external stakeholders such as the local business community, organising visits and events, and having responsibility for all social media output.

As a Front of House Staff Member at a busy fine-dining restaurant, I was responsible for ensuring customers satisfaction; whether that be via quick and efficient service or going to extra mile to cater for any specific preferences.I managed food and drink orders, ensured such orders were delivered within our target times, and provided ad hoc assistance to the bar staff when required to relieve pressure.
