The Student Technology Consultant (STC), is the primary source of computer assistance for students on campus and in the residence halls. Working in a team of 4-7 other STCs and a US, the STCs provide support for student computers and their network connection. Each team of STCs is assigned to a housing unit where they are responsible for ensuring that all printers and computers are fully operational, where they can book appointments with students to solve issues within the dorms. In addition to technical troubleshooting, STCs educate students about technology resources to promote academic and personal growth.

Managed the house network in order to assure that the network stayed up and that house members had acceptable WiFi speeds. Performed upgrades and re-configurations that helped to achieve this goal. Negotiated with ISPs for better deals that conform to the unique situation of the BSC.

In Boeing's Space Electronics division, I independently designed and built a webapp that replaced an internal legacy database browsing website. Working with the old databases, I determined how best to integrate them into a new Java Spring 5 application, with a frontend using Bootstrap and jQuery. I took input from engineers using the website in order to build a better user interface, and add features that improved workflow. I containerized and deployed the application with Docker, Kubernetes and OpenShift.

Created maintained the website for Game Design and Development at Berkeley at gamedesign.berkeley.edu. The website was made in HTML and CSS, and uses a customized implementation of Material Design Lite.
