I manage a product team that builds centralized APIs to power inventory, payments and fulfillment for 5 distinct B2B and B2C marketplace product teams.My team is foundational to an enterprise-wide modernization of legacy monolith services. I own the strategy and roadmap for the transition of these services to a service-oriented architecture.I also drive the technical architecture, requirements and execution for the integration of an acquired company.Lastly, I defined organizational product standards for back-end services.

In my first 15 months, I managed a product team of 15 (9 engineers, 3 DevOps, 3 QA) for enterprise contact center recording and analytics product, successfully implementing $8.4MM of new ACV.In 2019, I managed the core machine learning engine of the predictive contact routing product, modernizing the software stack to improve prediction accuracy and unlock future innovations.Throughout my time at Mattersight, I owned product OKRs, roadmaps and requirements. I also analyzed data via SQL and Python to inform technical design decisions, define requirements and assist with issue resolution.

I lead cross-functional teams to the successful launches of enterprise telemedicine and travel insurance e-commerce products in 2015. In 2016, I grew both products to a combined $7.1MM in revenue. Upon my departure in 2017, we were on target for a combined 40% YoY revenue increase.I also drove the product strategies and built product roadmaps to align to organizational goals. Additional responsibilities included market research, product pricing, analytics and UX design for both products.For the telemedicine product, I also conducted all customer product demonstrations and lead implementations.
