With over 23 years of experience in the British Army, I am a Qualified Helicopter Instructor delivering live and synthetic tactical training to the future helicopter pilots of the British Army- currently transitioning into civilian life and actively looking for roles in aviation instruction or project management. I have multiple certifications in various helicopter models, such as EC135T3H, Bell 212, and Apache AH64D, and I have served as an aircraft commander, a flight operations manager, an electronic warfare officer, and an airborne instructor in different missions and locations across the world. I have developed skills in project management, leadership, management, coaching, training, and training and development, which enable me to facilitate the learning and development of the Army's aviation personnel. I have often worked within high risk, time pressured environments with limited resources and situational awareness, my leadership style is proven regularly creating a high performance team providing high-end results. Currently in the last 8 months of my military career, I value teamwork, leadership, innovation, and resilience, and I bring diverse perspectives and experiences to the aviation community.
