• Project managed removal of valuable and historic furniture and other assets, owned by Manchester City Council, including Library service and Manchester Art Gallery artefacts.
• Collating and delivering business requirements to architects and construction colleagues for Town Hall Extension and Central Library. Including review / acceptance of construction and design specifications.
• Engagement with senior stakeholders, and the delivery New Ways of Working for several large departments, including implementing flexible working arrangements.

• Working for an NHS agency responsible for the education of doctors in the UK, I investigated and delivered recommendations on a national data collection and reporting processes.I reported directly to the Project.
• Gathering reporting requirements from stakeholders including foundation hospitals, The Department of Health in England, and the regional equivalents in the Welsh and Northern Ireland Assemblies and Scottish Parliament
• Producing a final recommendations document and an implementation timetable for 2010 which was accepted and delivered by the steering group.

• Reporting to the Business Systems Manager I was the senior analyst for BBC Wales in a national project team designing, testing and implementing a new BBC wide scheduling system for people and resources.
