Including review / acceptance of construction and design specifications.• Engagement with senior stakeholders, and the delivery New Ways of Working for several large departments, including implementing flexible working arrangements.• Managing large scale moves for people and furniture (1000 + staff)• Identified, managed and delivered service redesigns, delivering £400,000 of savings.• Managing capital spend projects in representing £100,000 investment in meeting rooms and agile working.My role has been one of business analyst, project manager and stakeholder liaison, depending on the needs of the programme, also working on brief secondments to other departments delivering specific projects or business analysis. The four-year project is almost at an end, with the move of staff back into the redeveloped Town Hall Extension underway.
