Maintain Synergy Genfore/Better Built/STERIS 480 sterilization washers, Model 1300 Cart Washers, STERIS Evolution, STERIS Eagle, STERIS 630L model autoclaves, lumen/non-lumen VPRO low temperature sterilizers and various other biomedical equipment i.e. grinders, saws, instruments, calipers, sieves, etc. Maintain recipes/calibrations, and software updates. Troubleshoot and repair systems associated with steam, water, electric, pneumatic, and chemical systems. Reactive and preventive maintenance, lubrication, and reduction of downtime. Mechanical and electrical repair of equipment, perform reactive maintenance/fix during on-duty/off-duty shift, arrange work orders according to production priority. Perform routine inspection, identify potential failure risks and take action to prevent downtime, make timely recommendations to staff for potential equipment failure. Continuous improvement programs and design and implementation of equipment failure fix due to design or ware. Complete reactive items, projects, and continuous improvement of work orders assigned. Perform calculations to determine standard for equipment install. Preventative maintenance/calibrations, keep records of assessment. Equipment installation and debugging. Fabricate/weld equipment. Develop SOP/daily equipment procedures. Ensure safety policies adhered to; Communicate areas of concern. Compile parts list for equipment/ordering required items from vendor. Research upgraded parts for equipment/machinery. Daily meetings with management and staff. Complete work order records for all repairs. Act as liaison between departments within scope of authority. Assist manufacturers and contractors for updates, warranty breakdown repair. Accountable for company tools, equipment, and materials. Briefing from shifts of daily breakdowns and equipment concerns. Conduct round of areas, other duties as assigned. Solely responsible for maintenance 24/7 on all repairs related to Central Sterile Supply.

Install RJ-11, RJ45, Fiber Optic, RG-6, RG5 etc. interior/exterior communication cables in basements, attics, crawl spaces, exterior construction, modular/mobile, commercial, high-rise, void/insulated walls & cavities. Repair/troubleshooting of Uverse TV and internet twisted pair/fiber optic systems, Direct TV satellite systems, home networking and commercial software/hardware systems. Knowledge of telecommunication copper infrastructure design/plant. JDSU meter to gage signals, cable abnormalities, capacitance, load, shorts, voltage, loop length, ohms, etc. Software/hardware used on various types of CPU, legacy, tablets, smart phones, and smart devices. Teamwork, leadership, trouble shooting & time management. Satellite reflector/components install, peak, and repair. Connections to fiber and copper networks, VRADS, cross boxes, ETC. Assemble, install, peak, replace, & repair of satellite reflector &LNB. Home networking/install of receivers using composite RCA, component, optic, wireless, HDMI, S-Video, AV, modulator, Coaxial, & UHF/VHF. Inclinometer to gage azimuth, elevation, and horizon for location of satellites. Aim meter/locate satellite & frequency. CPU to scan equipment & fill out work order. Workflow engines, client contact , contact company staff and departments. Inventory equipment/components, ordering/resupply of material, disposal of waste material, care of tools, meters, vehicle, & company owned property. Schedule maintenance for vehicles/responsible for company CC.
