 State and nationally certified EMT.  Draft and review legal documents including commercial leases, rental agreements, letters of intent, employment agreements, and services agreements with the in-house counsel team for large heavy building materials company.

 Drafted and reviewed contracts and subcontracts for marine construction company. Created proposals in response to government Requests for Proposals. Procured goods and services and managed submittals for projects in excess of $40 million.

 Reviewed enforcement actions with a primary focus on wetlands cases. Drafted Enforcement Recommendations, Letters of Agreement, and Consent Orders.  Negotiated the settlement of enforcement cases with responsible parties and their agents.
