The project consisted in the development of a B2B e-commerce platform and its integration with the company's ERP.The main responsibilities were:- Helping the development company better understand user requests and translate them into technical specifications,- Participating in the process of technical specifications writing and assuring that all the user requests are met,- Cooperating with the development company in the project plan writing process,- Foreseeing issues and planning alternative solutions with the development team,- Controlling project’s status vs. plan in terms of time and quality,- Communicating with the project’s stakeholders,- Writing SQL code when needed, :)- Measuring project’s impact.

MB Distribution is one of the most important value added distributors in Romania, promoting and selling, through its reseller chain, brands like Ricoh, IBM, Lenovo, Epson, Allied Telesis, Emerson/Libert, etc. My main responsibilities as a product manager were to:- Elaborate and implement the marketing strategies and policies for the products I was coordinating (copiers, MFPs, printers, scanners, faxes);- Elaborate and implement the marketing plans for the allocated products;- Represent the company in the relationship with the producer – Ricoh Europe (negotiations related to marketing budgets & special prices, product support, etc.);- Ensure informational support both to internal (mainly sales team) and external customers: giving product trainings, providing technical and promotional materials, offering technical support and advice;- Provide technical solutions and business information to the company’s resellers so they will be able to choose the best way to approach each tender they’re taking part at;- Maintain optimal stock level (deciding upon order values and structure so that fast moving products were always on stock and slow moving products’ stock was kept to a minimum);- Place orders and follow up shipments till they were reaching our warehouse.
