Responsibilities:• Maintain stock flow for the 1.5 billion F4ST Fawley Biodiesel Project and Hydrogen Plant.• Responsible for coordination of goods in and out, stock check, analysis, and adjustment.• Technical adjustment with DHL MMS360 team from Sweden to solve lowliness’ problem of the inventory management software.• Generate periodical reports regarding stock movements and KPI’s.• Permanent analysis of stock to avoid negative deliveries.• Generate whole MIT tickets for the whole 2 billion project.• Analyze, adjust and investigate stock discrepancies received from worldwide sites.• Provide administrative support to the warehouse team ensuring all processes and procedures are followed.• Manages the flow of all incoming material requests and material issues, including creation of filing structure for all warehouse related documentation.• Verifies materials availability cross referencing materials allocation report and MMS 360 materials management system.• Notifies material requester when materials are ready for collection and follows up with requester until materials are collected.• Responsible for materials management system updates, Familiarize and understand where all materials and equipment are located & ensure accurate information is always on hand.• Generate various reports from the materials management system for reporting purposes.• Answering email enquiries between Polimeri Warehouse Yard and Exxon Executive Team.• Work between the office and warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:• Yard manager attributes; Maintain a tidy and safe working yard.• Responsible of goods in and out, stock check and ordering• Responsible for safety within the yard area• Assisting with the issuing of equipment and plant• Maintaining work equipment checks and logs, ensuring these are completed and up to date.• Assisting with the inspection and repair of vehicles – ensuring MOT etc. are all up to date.• Dealing with all Vehicle duties to include/ fuel cards/ Vehicle checks/ Insurance/ Hire vehicles/ license checks etc.• Ensure forklift and other plant are used and maintained in an appropriate manner in line with health and safety guidelines and daily checks/routine maintenance are completed and certificated.• Assisting with job preparation for those working out of normal hours – loading of materials onto vehicles and organization of equipment and tools required etc.• Liaising with waste management firms and organizing collections and managing contracts• General facilities management together with carrying out basic maintenance and liaising with contractors as and where required.• Responsible for first point alarm call out contact.• Occasional weekend working for receiving deliveries out of normal working hours.• Occasional requirement to work additional hours to those contracted due to job requirements.• Responsible for opening yard in morning, key holder• Keep management fully informed of any problems which may affect the timely completion of projects due to material and delivery problems.• Custodian of forklift activities within the yard, developing best practice• Responsible for all lifting equipment ensuring in date LOLER certs etc.• Manage the yard area and maintain COSHH register and related documentation.• Assist with implementing and maintaining waste streaming.• Monitoring and maintaining stock levels within the yard and additional storage area.• Fire-Marshall and First Aider.
