- Preparing of documentation during acquisition phase-Cooperation with construction department during creation of DFMEA, leadership of team members during creation of PFMEA for new product-Creation of process flow chart and working sequence with regard to MTM for existing or new line. -Creating of specification for new manufacturing and testing devices.-Comunication with supplier of components for new product.-Coordination of manufacture devices with supplier and monitoring of timing plan-Coordination members of PPQ(process and product qualification) team during launch phase-Determination of testing method for new product -Creation assembly layout and selection of new machine. -Member of team for optimization of existing line.-Creation of documentation according to customer´s request

- Responsible for fluent transfer of new project from Germany to Slovakia.-Responsible for facility development and release from early phase to serial production . -Mentor of industrial tools and standarts at shopfloor.-Responsible for Design of Layout for incoming projects-Creating of facility and proces documentation to given projects.-Creating of Maitainance plan for new machines and fixtures.-Responsible for TPM implementation (Total productive maintenance) for given assembly lines.-Budget planning and cash flow coordination for new project.-Responsible for design changes implementation (product and/or proces).-Reporting to Project Manager as well as company management.- Responsible for periodical Project Reviews - Coordination and leadership of task based on customer claims

-Responsible for assembly line quality status.- Managing of more than 60 employee in term of Quality rules..- Company quality system coach.-Responsible for approval of new samples.-Solving customer claims.-Purchased parts quality responsible-Reporting to company management.-Execution of internal audit at production
