Personal Stylist
CurrentI started part time at Nordstrom Rack in Pasadena Ca. After a year of working part time i was recognized as a potential future leader in the company and i was sent to the Nordstrom FNL program (future Nordstrom Learders) where i learned management skills, coaching tactics, ways to speak to employees in a professional constructive manner, and how to build positive environments in the work place. I was sent to train employees at the store opening of the Nordstrom Rack in West Covina. Shortly after FNL i was promoted to the Glendale Full line Nordstrom as the Assistant Manager of the Kids Shoes department. After a year and a half working in management, I transferred to the Personal Stylist team to fulfill my desire to work more closely with the customer. Some of the job tasks/duties as a personal stylist include:Build/create relationships with customers through one on one consultationsBook appointments weekly in the Mens clothing/suit departments.
