Have 10+ years experience with JPMorgan Chase bank. Initially started my career with Rates derivatives where I was processing Broker confirmations & recons, Confirmations matching and QC & confirmations chasing. Later on started to supervise 3 chasing resources. I set up the collateral portfolio reconciliation process in Mumbai in 2012. Was managing a team of 12 FTE's. Set up the NY collateral margining team and later on managed a team of 5 team leaders. Currently migrated & set up the non USD collateral settlement process and managing two Associates & 6 team leaders.
