With over six years of work experience in the education technology sector, I am a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager at Renaissance Learning, a leading provider of assessment and practice solutions for K-12 schools. My mission is to build the foundation for the new Customer Success (West) team, and to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support. I have a strong background in project management, business operations, and customer support, as well as an extensive background in K-12 education, and that gives me a unique perspective on the science of learning and teaching.In my current role, I leverage my skills in SalesForce, JIRA, and ZenDesk to manage over 1000+ accounts, assist with account renewals and cross sales, and supervise and coordinate the implementation of enterprise and portfolio accounts. I also collaborate with other teams and departments to optimize the customer success process, and to provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams. Previously, I worked as a Program Manager at FastBridge, a subsidiary of Illuminate Education, where I streamlined the implementation and account management processes, and helped transition the customers from the discontinued Student Information System (ISI) product. I am always eager to learn new skills, tools, and best practices, and to share my knowledge and expertise with others.
