With over six years of work experience in the education technology sector, I am a passionate and driven Customer Success Manager at Renaissance Learning, a leading provider of assessment and practice solutions for K-12 schools. My mission is to build the foundation for the new Customer Success (West) team, and to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service and support.
