Supervise the day to day operations from 3am starts allocating buses and work to drivers and control the efficiency of the service during the operating day to midnight finishes completing paperwork. Skegness is a very busy tourist resort and during the summer months keeping a scheduled service can be very challenging but rewarding when the service continues to operate despite very severe congestion

Bus driver for stagecoach Skegness, during this role i was trained to Manage the Health Safety and Environment of the Bus station and also was the Green road Champion for the depot helping manage the day to day running of the on bus telematics system

Help deliver the transport for athletes and media at the 2012 Olympic games, work roles including shunting of buses around the depots for the Olympic games and i was part of a team converting over 250 buses for the Paralympics I supervised moving the fleet of Buses around London for conversion
