• Client facing OMS – Sales Order / Contract management – Generating Contracts - TRMA, Information Schedule and Order forms - as a Client facing OMS responsible for END to END process from generating contract to billing the client• Order Tracking - Create, Issue, and Manage the Quote to Billing process , Opportunity Creation on Siebel , Billing and invoicing clients as per the signed paperwork• Working with Sales Personnel – Gathering information on client needs ,Presales account research reviewing Client Contracts / Agreements • Reviewing client contract /cancellation request prior to proceeding with the Cancellation request and working with the Head of Commercial approver to get the approval on Backdated Cancellation/Discounts etc• Working with the Credit management team helping them resolve credit and invoice disputes, SAP -cosmetic reprint, killing and rebilling of invoices, Cosmetic Reprint, Generating Proforma and Advance bill etc in SAP• Working on Monthly - Quarterly billing files for Clients across various Locations in the US eg – Goldman Sachs, Bank of America• Assisting clients on quarterly notification, annual price increase, exchanges alerts and other updates• Weekly calls with the Regional stakeholders, Account teams to Review Free Trial expiration notices , Converting existing Free Trials to Sales, Migrating users from one platform to another platform• Creation of Process Flow documents, Maintaining productivity and Quality tracker for the team • • Working to ensure that High value opportunities submitted by Sales move to the respective Sales Stages within that particular billing cycle for an accurate Sales Forecasting• Mentoring new recruits and auditing their performance• Initiating approvals for various exchanges, third-party data providers - Providing access/de-Permissioning of various exchanges on timely basis for clients• • User swaps and credential changes

• End to End sales order management - Order Tracking and Opportunity Creation on Siebel, Invoicing, Client Support • Client facing OMS who works directly with the Account team to generate Order Forms , processing permissioning requests for clients, Addressing client queries ,Identifying and ensuring the Complex/High value opportunities submitted by sales are pushed to respective stages within that particular billing cycle for an accurate sales forecasting• Reviewing client contracts / Agreements to ensure all the activities are performed with the set SOX Compliance guide lines• Working on the billing disputes raised by the client and ensuring that the dispute raised by the client is resolved• Attending weekly calls with Account Team and reviewing Pending requests • Responsible for the Queue management - work allocation, maintaining teams CAA dashboard, • Conducting team huddles for process update and discussions, Mentoring new recruits and auditing their performanceInitiating approvals for various exchanges, third-party data providers• Creation of Process Flow documents and preparation of RCA quality reports• Maintaining productivity and Quality tracker for the team• Working with the credit management team helping them resolve credit and invoice disputes • SAP -cosmetic reprint, killing and rebilling of invoices, proforma run on all orders via SAP before they are released for billing• Support and successfully contribute to Ad Hoc projects - NASDAQ , Free Trial, Project team service reports, Asset cleanup• Converting existing Free Trials to Sales, Migrating users from one platform to another platform• Setting up of new Location Accounts / Billing Accounts as per the Order Form provided by sales with respective billing frequency

• Pursuing Vendor Recovery for GE ENERGY,• Reviewing Part break-down cases submitted by the Field Engineer• Working with the Sourcing Quality Engineers who help us in identifying the supplier of the part.• Notifying suppliers regarding the part breakdown based on the case raised by the Field Engineer at the site• Following up with the suppliers for response• Giving updates to the Process owner on a weekly basis regarding the Cases received and the responses from suppliers• Sending Daily / Monthly Dashboards coverage data relating to cost & part breakdown/failure which shows the savings made by GE• Creating and updating vendor documents, maintaining Vendor database• Adding new suppliers to the existing Early Notification Programme• Maintained training trackers and process documents for the team• Trained, mentored and assisted new hires
