My current role with GWS includes migrations, training and support of the CMMS platforms. Currently I am working on decommissioning legacy CMMS instances while migrating and supporting accounts in our current CMMS platform.

I support several Maximo Platforms (5.2, 7.1.1) for our Account Team base and other applications that feed into Maximo (Online Service Center, PeopleSoft). Included in my duties are transitioning new or existing accounts into these platforms.

Writing and administering RFQs/RFPs, creating and implementing service solutions, writing/negotiating contracts, qualifying, maintaining, training and managing vendor relationships, reducing vendor base, leveraging spend with national providers, realizing 32 million worth of savings and creating executive and cost savings reporting. Managing temporary professional staff domestically and abroad.

Implementing Quality/KPI performance programs, executive reporting on business performance matrix, external benchmarking, customer management, provide technical expertise, process/system training and guidance to account staff, manage resolution of complex problems, create, implement, manage, audit a preventative maintenance program for many services, train and manage a supply chain solution covering 90+ services across the entire client dispersed portfolio and acted as the IT liaison between the account and headquarters.
