Migrate legacy customers from Rapid Payroll to Millennium Payroll software and maintain the hardware and software for both systems.Developed payroll tracking system to track overall payroll processing operations throughout the day. This tool allowed the management team to allocate resources to different departments depending on where a bottleneck was occurring. This saved the company from shipping payroll checks late and ensuring that our customer’s employees receive their paycheck before or on their pay date, retaining customers and fostering good relations.Developed a tool that compiles a customer’s payroll database, scripts and Millennium Payroll software into a single file that installs everything. Options included the selection of using an existing MSSQL server or installing MSSQL Express first. This tool saved tremendous time on phone support and getting the customer running. This is often the first impression customers have with phone support, and the positive experience helps make it a good one.Developed a web interface for the IT dept. to help track IT assets such as servers, desktops, printers, switches, etc. Admins can use this interface to remotely control systems, assign network printers and edit logon scripts.
