The first certificate you will receive is for the ore amounts necessary to produce your gold. Next a certificate is produced for your part refined gold known as dore bars. These are mining standard bars containing 1oz of gold and small amounts of other precious metals such as silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium. The certificate contains the serial numbers and hallmarks stamped on your gold. (you are welcome to take possession of your gold at this point) When your gold is delivered to the refinery either in the USA or the UK (customers choice) they will inform you. And once received your gold will be processed and refined within 24 hrs. At this point you can decide wether to take delivery of the 24 karat gold or sell to the refinery at 98% of the market value.
