Manages a team of 64 staff across all departments, ensuring exceptional customer service and a highly motivated workforce.Responsibilities:🔹Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage, events, front office, kitchen, reception, marketing, and revenue management. 🔹Implement financial and operational plans to optimise guest satisfaction, sales potential, and profitability. 🔹Ensured adherence to company health & safety, food safety, fire safety, and COSHH regulations. 🔹Maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations. 🔹Control departmental costs through proper stock ordering and waste minimisation. 🔹Led weekly HOD and revenue management meetings to maximise occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR. 🔹Play an active role in the village community, fostering positive relationships with local residents. 🔹Coordinate weddings and events alongside the dedicated events team.
