Reporting into the Director of Performance Marketing and VP of Digital, Loyalty and Portfolio Marketing, I oversaw and lead the project of many of our key strategic activations across Rooms, Brand, Partnerships, Food & Beverage and Loyalty marketing.Our annual marketing investments in excess of $13.7 million USD across core revenue driving online and offline channels for over 260 Marriott International hotels within the Middle East & Africa continent.My experience in this role covered full 360’ media activation across Search, Display (Prospecting, Re-targeting, VOD), Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Influencer’s), OOH, In-flight and Radio as well as some minor ATL media channels.

Managed the media investment accounts for over 20 clients such as Barratt Homes PLC, Silentnight, Halfords, Go Outdoors and N Brown Group across Manchester & Leeds.I’m a well rounded Programmatic marketeer with experience within Ad Ops (Trafficking, Tagging, Verification tools, Flood Light Configurations), DSP optimisation, DMP activation and negotiating with 3rd party data providers, publisher networks and IO based programmatic buys.I negotiate with media owners regularly to extract the most efficient buy models and added value relative to the client KPII championed our attribution reporting with clients to help them understand the value of Attribution (Path to Conversion, Time Lag to Conversion etc.) to help to them think about and see the value of Programmatic within their media mix alongside traditional BI reporting.Conducted QBRs to consult and help devise the strategic direction of future campaigns based on learnings from previous ones thus helping their business.

The core responsibility of my position is to ensure the efficient and accurate execution of online programmatic display campaigns whilst delivering maximum value and ROI for clients. As well as this, it's also my role to aid the development and management of junior team members.
