My role is varied. I manage client relations for Workforce Professional, ensuring that high standards of support are delivered to our key clients.Additionally, I am tasked with winning new business and increasing market share within our existing client base.When not in front of clients, I manage a team of specialist consultants and resourcers, coach and mentor best practice. Ensuring processes are followed regarding candidate and vacancy management.

My introduction to recruitment. Travail are an excellent company who offered me some great training. I looked after and built up a cold Industrial desk. I only dealt with temporary assignments, often needing to be very reactive to clients needs. Very fast paced and often quick turnarounds. My interest started to switch toward Engineering, understanding the more technical aspects of different roles.
