I am responsible for updating and managing the schedule as well as delivering different analyzes (Risks) and supporting the responsible project manager for each project. I am also working with a part of the implementation of Project Control. The work included building a structure for the main schedule in Primavera that we used during the summer outage.Updating the existing preparation procedures with the maintenance engineer, so we could get the best input for the time scheduleCreating new follow-up procedures for the project team and the entrepreneurs to best be able to follow up the schedule during the project and see its progress. This meant that one could easily see divergent factors and risks associated with the summer outage.The new preparation & planning process is developed so it can be re-used and implement in other Fortums Power plant-I was Project Controller for a few Results and Investments projcets
