Data Migration Lead - Project Duties • It was identified that I had a vast knowledge on SQL reporting, bespoke to Sage. I migrated all contract, customer information, revenue and billing data from Sage into the new finance system FinancialForce.• I worked closely with data scientists to build a data warehouse so that my designs can be replicated with the vision of using my model to extract other Group companies data for future migrations.• I was a part of the core FinancialForce project team helping streamline SalesForce to the new finance system (FinancialForce) replacing Sage. We overcame challenges and implemented solutions in O2C, P2P, R2R and Direct Debit systems and processes.• I was responsible for data governance so that data accuracy is mirrored between Sage and Financial Force. Retraining employees on accounting best practises to improve data integrity.• I was responsible for running financial reports in both the existing ERP and new Finance system to ensure reporting outputs mirrored and anomalies were documented and fixed at source.Group Credit Manager - BAU Duties• I led and inspired a team of 11 Credit Controllers and 2 Credit Control Supervisors. I was responsible for the Groups Shared Service Centres end-to-end Order to Cash processes which consisted of 5 Group companies with CIRCA 25,000+ accounts with a debt value of £7M to be collected per month.• I integrated all newly acquired businesses into Groups Shared Service Centre. Within an 18 month period I integrated 2 newly acquired businesses with repeat success, whilst continually reducing existing debt ledgers as a seamless migration takes place.• I actively attended C-Suit meetings on loss/churn prevention. I led an O2C Change Management program designed on improving the NPS score and overall customer satisfaction. • I managed supplier relationships including two competing solicitors who were in a champion challenge style environment.
