Senior Army Reserve Lieutenant Colonel responsible for leading and supervising 12 to 18 field-grade US Army Reserve and National Guard Officers as part of the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College's Department of Distance Education. Coordinates and conducts graduate level military education for field grade officers designed to prepare them to serve in command and staff positions at brigade and higher levels. Provides and facilitates instruction on Leadership, History, Force Management, Joint Operations, Joint Operations Planning Process, and the Military Decision Making Process. Previously served as an Operations Officer for a Military Training Team deployed in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom.

Senior Test Analyst assigned to the Cyber and Information Systems Directorate, Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) Developmental Test and Evaluation (DT&E). Responsible for engaging Program Managers and their Developmental Test teams from Milestone B through Milestone C and identify programmatic and technical areas of risk that may affect acquisition decisions. Assist Program Managers and their Developmental Test teams develop Test and Evaluation Master Plans (TEMPS), Test Plans and Developmental Evaluation Frameworks (DEF). Conduct DT&E assessments for the DASD DT&E Director.

Senior Test Analyst assigned to conduct an Operational Test and Evaluation Event for the DISA Direct Store Front Program (DDSF). Member of the DDSF Integrated Test Team. Responsible for developing an OT Evaluation Framework, Data Source Matrix, OT Entrance Criteria and conducting the OT Event. In addition, continue duties as the US CIAV Configuration and Change Manager.

Currently serving as the Configuration Manager for the CIAV (Coalition Interoperability Assurance and Validation) Program Office CTE2 (Coalition Test and Evaluation Environment) secure labs. Responsible for all Configuration Items, Change Management, Configuration Audits, and Configuration Status Accounting in the CTE2 lab. The lab is subject to accreditation by the Federated Net-centric Sites (FaNS). Responsible for developing the CM Plan, the CM Database and CM Library. Represents US CIAV Change Management at the Afghanistan Mission Network/Future Mission Network Quarterly Service Management Working Groups in Europe. Responsible for developing and managing Change Management policies and implementing a Change Management program. Chair a bi-monthly Change Management Coordination Board to manage the implementation of changes provided by the Military Services and two COCOMs.

Serves as TASC, Inc Front Line Manager for 8 personnel supporting JITC and Fort Meade Lab Support. Serves as the Task Leader and SME for JITC’s Enterprise Portfolio for TASC, Inc at the customer site in Fort Meade, MD. Builds new business by seeking and developing proposals for new contracts supporting Enterprise Systems and Interoperability Testing. Mentors and develops future Task Leaders. Communicates and interacts with Government Action Officers to ensure my TASC, Inc employees are performing to a high standard.

Researched and presented information on net-centric capabilities to JITC personnel to support Enterprise Services Developmental and Operational test planning. Conducted and reported on Enterprise Services Interoperability test events. Reviewed and provided comments on test and J-6 certified documents including the Information Support Plan (ISP), and represented the JITC at weekly Test WIPTs and coordination meetings. Provided daily direction and guidance to Enterprise Portfolio Chiefs and PMOs on DoD and CJCSI policy regarding Interoperability Certification.

As a software tester I, led or supported Defect, Regression, Smoke, Acceptance, and Functional Testing in a bi-monthly patch release cycle. Updated support software documentation and training materials. As a CM and QA analyst conducted monthly Process Audits and developed a system of Peer Reviews, Quality Evaluation Reports (QERs), Process Audits, and technical reviews for the GCSS program, and served as the facilitator of a weekly Configuration Control Board (CCB) tracking all engineering change proposals for the GCSS and the Military Health System program.

Managed all facets of daily operations, planning and training events for a 55 person MiTT. Advised and mentored the Iraqi Army Logistic Schools operations cell during a period in which the number of Courses offered grew from 7 to 16 and the total graduates increased by 5000. Coordinated the monthly in processing and out processing of 1000 Iraqi Army Logistics students with their base units and with the Iraqi Logistics school operations cell. Interfaced daily with the Civilian Military Assistance Training Team (CMATT) headquarters to provide daily status reports and metrics on personnel, operations and logistics issues facing the development of the Iraqi Logistics school. Developed and maintained the MiTT Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Managed Middleware Implementation and upgrades for a billing project deployed to 7000 workstations throughout 7 major software releases. Developed, documented and maintained an in-house software distribution application that guaranteed 100% successful deployment of the latest image build and new files. Integrated applications including PVCS, InstallShield, SMS, Windows NT and Marimba to successfully deploy software to testing, development, and production environments and trained 8-person team. Supported and maintained File, Production, and Application Servers in a Windows NT Environment including data backups and network troubleshooting. Installed, removed, upgraded and trouble-shooted hardware and software on Personal Computers and Laptops and tested the equipment, ensuring compatibility with the LAN for a 3000 member user community.
