While at Argonne National Laboratory, served as the Resiliency Assessment Lead for six U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Regional Resiliency Assessment Program (RRAP) projects. In this capacity, I led data collection and analysis efforts, facilitated workshops and interviews, conducted site assessments with DHS Protective Security Advisors at critical infrastructure facilities, and produced Resiliency Assessment final reports that identified resilience enhancement options and implementation strategies to guide post-disaster critical infrastructure restoration and recovery operations. As the Resilience Assessment Lead, I helped organizations across the county mitigate the risks associated with earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, disease outbreaks and terrorist attacks.
