I am a highly ambitious and commercially astute qualified (CIMA) Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, currently working for a high growth private equity backed e-learning provider, based in Nottingham. I report into the CFO, leading an international team of three.Throughout the last decade I have gained a wealth of career developing experience in a fast paced PE environment. A few specific highlights include:- Became the main finance point of contact for the due diligence, data room and Q&A processes that resulted in a recent leveraged buyout.- Overhaul and redevelopment of the monthly Management Accounts Board Pack, including a suite of new KPIs.- Primary responsibility for producing annual budgets, quarterly trading updates and a 3 year business plan.- Development and roll-out of a comprehensive segmented revenue, gross profit and churn analysis, which is now used by the senior management team to understand key trends throughout the organisation.- Working capital management- Detailed analysis of acquisition targets, production of business cases for Board sign off on acquisition targets and lead on DD activity through to completion During my time at Commify (formerly Esendex) I produced work to the highest standards, focusing on a 'right first time' ethos.
