Be familiar with the compliance management, including Environmental, Health and Safety, CE/PED, UL, ASME, classifications (such as, ABS, GL, DNV, BV, Class NK, CCS, etc) quality assurance system, and management of supply resource. And special requirements licensing of elevator, pressure vessel D, etc;3. Strong engineering background, good understanding of different processes and characteristics of products, especial in mechanical field, very good understanding of measuring and inspection, as well testers and measurements, such as, CMM, Projector, Tooling Microscope, Hardness testers, spectrometers, etc;4. Good understanding all kinds of quality improvement tools with Lean manufacturing, TQM, Six Sigma; and other quality management and statistical tools;5. Good understanding and experience of ISO/TS16949 5 tools and operation of APQP, FMEA, PPAP, MSA, SPC, etc;6. Good command of computer skills, such as Microsoft Office, Outlook, Project, AutoCAD, etc.7. Good communication and organization skills, open mind, good team working spirit, result oriented, strong improvement consciousness;8.
