I engaged with visitors to understand their needs, discuss the history of Hughenden, provide maps and directions for car parking and identify potential opportunities to up-sell the day entrance fee to annual subscriptions. I worked on the Dragon, Quest and the Jolly Rocker attractions, operating the rides to ensure that children and adult guests had a safe and enjoyable experience. I provided information and safety speeches, and collaborated with colleagues to check ride height and age restrictions, whilst setting expectations to manage guest experiences sensitively. I provided extra support for children with disabilities to enjoy the rides.
