• Manage the Parts Technology Operations team globally including development needs and resource planning • Create programs responsive to external environment and participate in cross-functional business and cultural development • Enhance engineering capabilities and responsibilities through development of technical expertise and creating an accountability culture • Have financial responsibility including C&B, T&L, contracted services • Improve areas of project execution and department management through Six Sigma methodology • Own process metrics and continuous improvement goals for the team • Undertake the necessary corrective and preventive actions resulting from quality non - compliance monitoring and audit programs • Ensure operational excellence in the areas of integrity, controllership and compliance • Support escalated customer issues as needed by identifying and directing necessary resources to drive resolution in a timely manner • Collaborate with Power Engineering senior leaders to address technical gaps
