My role was to coach and develop sales and service consultants at AAMI Business Insurance as well as being responsible for decision making on underwriting referrals for the business. I was also seconded into a Leadership position for a 12 month period where I was accountable for a team of 10.

I held a small book of personal lines business at OAMPS as well as being an assistant account executive to a commercial lines broker. I was responsible for sales, processing and claims related queries for all my clients.
