In the second half of 2014 I was seconded to coordinate the Semester Two examinations for all Melbourne based Monash University campuses.This involved the direct supervision of 7 full time staff members, as well at 150 casual examination supervisors, to deliver over 100,000 examinations over a three week period, while also providing direction to examination units at Malaysian and South African campuses.Key achievements in this time include:• Recruitment, selection and training of new exam supervisors• Management of online exam paper submission process (TRIM)• Development, implementation and delivery of a 1 day training program for over 100 staff.• Successful issue and incident management while delivering over 100,000 examinations, including those for Monash University, Open Universities Australia, and other Tertiary Education Providers.
