Seeking to leverage my academic prowess to advance my professional journey in the biotechnological sphere.My Master’s work resulted in the creation of recombinant Histone Deacetylase 1, 2, 3 proteins in mammalian cells which allowed for significant improvement of their Chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing analysis. My doctoral project consisted of engineering a light activatable tool for protein recombination and reconstitution, which can be used for the pre-production of protein fragments.
