I was in charge of a portfolio of 800+ units spread across four different sites. My job roles included management of both commercial and residential property, rent collection, management of each site day to day, monitoring the landlords account and offering advice on marketing solutions, producing tenancy agreements, ensuring investors returns were paid on time, cash handling and producing daily banking sheets, as well as covering the lettings team by selling properties off plan.
