Also part of the Major Event Operations group which plans and delivers DCCC Match days and stadium events.Key responsibilities include:• Responsible for the accurate forecasting, tracking and review of the yearly cricket budget.• Deliver a high standard of operational and administrative support to the professional cricket squad, academy and coaching staff to ensure smooth day to day running• Maintain a close relationship with the National Governing Body, Professional Cricketers Association and other outside organisations to ensure Derbyshire CCC are compliant with all requirements of a first class county.• Project manage yearly kit order and delivery for a range of areas ensuring standards are maintained whilst managing costs efficiently. • Organise and chair the Major Event Planning Group responsible for delivering major music and community events with attendances well over 10,000.• Organise and lead the Match Day Operations Group which creates and implements a plan to make DCCC matches a fun, safe and inclusive environment whilst maximising commercial opportunities.• Work with overseas National Governing Bodies and the Home Office to enable smooth movement of overseas based cricketers and providing organisational support for living arrangements. • Develop and encourage positive relationships between the professional cricket squad and a wide range of stakeholders.• Collaborate with the other First Class Counties to increase working standards across the game and provide informed feedback to the National Governing Body.
