  I'm part of a high performing successful team dedicated to develop and diversify the Small & Medium Enterprise (SME) segment to drive business. Given that a large proportion of business in Australia fit into the SME category, the Client Engagement Team are critical to improving and defining the experience that SME Clients have with Randstad. I am responsible for supporting Randstad’s SME strategy through the identification, acquisition, and retention of clients within this important segment. My primary focus is to build relationships across divisions at Randstad and work closely with consultants to retain and re-engage clients.
