As a Match Day Steward my role is to make sure that the crowd is having a safe and pleasing experience at the Football Club. My job duties include being a customer liaison, manning the turnstiles, interacting with lost or troubled customers, controlling the crowds.

During my time working at BeWilderwood I was a member of the catering department. My job role included being responsible for the running of the outlets when on shift, staff management, ordering stock and calculating wastage. Opening and closing the food outlets and cashing up at the end of the day.

I am a fully trained Costa Coffee Barista, my job includes duties such as using a Merrychef oven, making coffee on a Barista machine to Costa’s high standards and serving customers. My duties as a barista maestro (team leader) include handling money (cashing in and cashing up), doing the stores food and drink orders and staff management when closing down and opening the store.
