Aircraft Maintenance Supervisor
Current- Acts as the focal point in coordinating all in-service maintenance problems on the EMB-145, CRJ700/900 series aircraft.
- Evaluates maintenance discrepancies and coordinates with manufacturer or appropriate department in order to accomplish a prompt resolution to the problem.
- Lead person in troubleshooting complex aircraft and engine problems, diagnosing causes and determining corrective actions.
- Reads and interprets manufacturers’ and airlines’ maintenance manuals, service bulletins and other specifications to determine feasibility and method of repair.
- Trains and instructs mechanics to ensure that maintenance activities are performed in compliance with all Company, Manufacturers’ and Governmental policies, practices and regulations.
- Assigns mechanics and related personnel in accordance with flight schedule requirements and the individual’s qualifications.
