Prepared emission inventory reports, compliance certifications, and assisted clients with air permitting compliance issues and related inquiries. Highlight included calculating the emission effects of various power generation operating scenarios in order to optimize power generation within permitted emission limits. Lead developer of an Integrated Business Management System (IBMS) for a large electronic-waste recycler in Phoenix, Arizona. Developed an IBMS that meets the requirements of ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, BAN e-Stewards, and US EPA R2 standards and consensus. Developed the Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) System in accordance with the principles outlined in the IBMS.
