• Created and ran alongside a partner a successful property maintenance partnership that provides a number of maintenance and improvement services to Sussex and surrounding areas.
• Managed numerous renovations requiring multiple trade organisation, Schedule planning and implementation, Budgeting and client liaising
• Worked on both Commercial sites and Domestic properties as contractor and within a managing role.
• Services provided and trade skills aquired; Plastering/Dry lining/Rendering, Kitchen and Bathroom fitting, Plaster boarding, Painting and Decorating, Landscaping.

• Worked in a 4 man team as an armed security advisor on board vessels transiting the high risk area, Predominantly Indian Ocean.
• Roles included; Lecturing the crew on the risks and routines for a safe transit, Ship hardening / defensive measures, Performing watches alongside the crew, Practicing and implementing emergency drills, Weapon testing.

• Deployed to Afghanistan in a force protection role, working as a vehicle commander and part of a mine clearance team, Conducting biometric enrolment of local nationals. Whilst alongside providing protection and route.
• Conducted numerous exercises and training packages on ship. Consisting of Cross decking, sea survival, ship to shore assaults and boarding drills. Conducted on both RFA and Royal Navy ships.
• Participated in anti-piracy training which finalised in a Public display involving a demonstration of re-capturing a pirated ship via helicopter insertion. Working both on the assaulting and defensive teams.
• Weapon trained to a high standard including heavy weapons, HMG, GMG, pistol, sharp shooter rifle and light support weapons
• CO’s commendation for assisting in a RTA whilst on convoy on the way back from an exercise when a child was injured and his mother was in shock. Providing first aid and traffic calming in order to assist in the.
• Completed a mountain training/survival package.
